Porec Tomato
POREC
Another variety that you won't find anywhere else, thanks to my friend Joe. I chose to list this variety based on one criteria alone - it is almost juice-less. A sauce makers dream come true. All things being equal this paste variety wins.

6- inch red fruits with classic tomato flavor are productive and seemingly disease resistant. As with other paste varieties, production is the highest at the end of the season, just when you need it the most. Perfect for sauce, drying and making paste.
