Your pre-order secures a place in our order fulfillment queue, which operates on a strict first-come, first-served basis. By pre-ordering, you ensure access to high-demand or limited-supply items (excluding crop failure situations).

Pickup Instructions

​

Upon arrival, please proceed to the barn located to the left of the greenhouses, where your pre-ordered plants will be safely stored and ready for pickup. A staff member will be available to assist you. Additionally, we welcome you to explore and shop in the greenhouse during your visit.

Payment & Pickup Requirements

​

• All online orders must be paid in full at checkout via our website.

• Pre-order pickup window: May 14 – May 28, 2025.

• Orders not picked up by May 28, 2025, will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

"Can I Shop the Greenhouse When Picking Up My Order?"

Absolutely! We encourage you to explore the greenhouse when you arrive. Thousands of additional plants will be available for purchase, including unique and unexpected varieties not listed on the website.

 

Why aren’t all plants listed online? Because we want to give you a reason to stay, browse, and enjoy the experience—not just pick up your order and go! We look forward to seeing you and helping you find something special. Happy shopping!

Online Ordering & Availability

​

Our online ordering system is available for approximately six months each year, from November through April 30. During this time, customers can place pre-orders before the greenhouse officially opens to the public in mid-May.

​

• Items available for purchase will display an "Add to Cart" button.

• If an item is marked "Not Available," it has sold out for the season.

​

Important Dates & Ordering Restrictions

​

Beginning May 1, online ordering is disabled, and all items will display as "Not Available." This is a default setting enforced by our web-hosting provider, which unfortunately cannot be modified. From May 1 through November, the website remains accessible for reference only.

​

If you missed the online pre-order window and we are open for the season, we encourage you to visit the greenhouse in person to shop available inventory.
