Small globes (2-4 oz.) are produced in profusion in clusters of 5 to 9 fruits. Deep red fruits with a rich heirloom flavor. A must grow for early fruits that keep on going until killing frost.
A great variety for fresh use and for canning whole.
Bloody Butcher is a good candidate for growing in a container ( 5 gal +), however, it will need a sturdy cage.
HISTORY: Bred by Tom Wagner, but introduced by the late Kees Sahin (Sahin Seeds), in 1998, of the Netherlands.
Sold in a 3.5" pot.
