Non-bitter, smooth, medium-green 9" long fruits grow on strong vigorous vines produce an abundant supply of tender, burpless cucumbers. Well suited to pickling if they are picked at 4"-6" long. Mosaic Virus resistant.
 
Cucumbers can be allowed to grow on the ground, but for longer, straighter fruit and to save garden space, grow them in a cage or on a trellis, allowing one foot between plants. Cucumbers are heavy feeders, so be sure to add any general fertilizer in the soil at planting and keep them well watered throughout the growing season.
