Thin-skinned  elongated fruits average 4"-6" in length, tapering to a rounded point. Peppers  begin a light green, advance to a light yellow, fully maturing to orange/red. They are most often used while still in the yellow stage of maturity.

Medium-hot fruits are widely used in Hungarian cuisine - frequently pickled but also commonly dried and ground into Paprika (when fully matured).

This is a popular garden pepper and a reliable producer in cooler climates.

Sold in a 2.62" wide x 3.5" deep pot.
