Old-fashioned , well-balanced flavor on extremely productive lines which are more drought and disease resistant than most. Fruits are  variable in size and shape, averaging +/- 1/2lb deepening to deep red with pink flesh. 
 
Technically not 'new' to Michigan Heirlooms, but I did remove it from the website because of limited seed stock, I did have a customer several years ago who puts up dozens of quarts of sauce each year and 'Marge' had become her 'go to' variety for that purpose.

HISTORY: A family heirloom from SE Michigan. Two very nice ladies who volunteered in the greenhouse in the spring of 2016 brought over seeds for this variety exclaiming how wonderful this tomato was. When asked about the history the only thing they new about it was that one of the gals neighbors had an Aunt Marge that grew these for 'years and years'.
